Regional Manager, Global Education & Artistry (NARS)

Lead and advance the Asia Oceana NARS Training team in strategic program delivery and exceptional Artist performance including artistry skills and selling/service techniques to drive the NARS business and meet productivity and service goals.





Customize and execute on-going training strategy for the SAPAC region


  • Devise tailored training strategy for the NARS Asia Oceana business to advance Artist development and achieve company sales and service objectives
  • Build a strong and collaborative partnership with the Global Team, Country Trainers and Managers
  • Work closely with Global Education Department to ensure flawless implementation and execution of programs for both department store and open sell environments


Manage and Develop Country Trainers


  • Responsible for the talent development and training of Asia Oceana country trainers
  • Travel throughout Asia Oceana to attend Artist Seminars, evaluate impact, and reinforce effectiveness of programs.
  • Ensure consistent and effective implementation of all training seminars/programs:
  • Provide 360° feedback to country Trainers to refine presentation and delivery skills as needed.
  • Elevate country Trainer strengths and opportunities via one on one coaching in the Field and through leadership at Trainers Summits to build a dynamic, consistent team.


Manage Asia Oceana Training Programs for all Retail Channels


  • Work closely with each country trainer to define the training and education strategy/priorities for their market and ensure it mimics overall brand strategy
  • Manage and lead the Asia Oceana artist conference, defining content to create strong engagement, drive sales and elevate artistry


Drive KPI’s via NARS Development Programs


  • Manage and direct programs that focus on sales, service and artistry including NARS Artist Certification and Artist Career Development to measure performance.
  • Evaluate, report and address areas of opportunity along with plan for steps to improve


In-store Activities & Events


  • Strategize with country trainers to review and execute in-store action plans and activity
  • Reinforce activities i.e. clienteling and pre-sell activities that drive NARS Special Events and goal attainment.





  • Minimum eight (8) years experience as a Training/Education Executive in the Beauty industry
  • Experience in program development/instructional design
  • Solid coaching, training, leadership and communication skills
  • Strong leader with flexibility and ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Specific experience in classroom style seminar training
  • Exceptional artistry skills
  • Ability to travel 30%
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and InDesign.




  • Deliver adult learning focused formal training sessions.
  • Assist in recruitment of all country trainers
  • Complete & submit Asia Oceana Education strategy and monthly advancement reports on time.
  • Submit accurate travel and expense monthly reports within corporate guidelines and budgets.
  • Participate in Global Training Summit twice per year.
