Marketing Executive, Shiseido


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your primary role in the Prestige Brand Division is to prepare all marketing activities and ensure brand’s objectives are met.



  • Develop and implement effective strategic marketing plans in advertising and promoting the brand
  • Execute CRM triggered and adhoc campaigns and monitor its performance
  • Expand consumer lifecycle touchpoints that are aligned with overall business and CRM objectives
  • Plan always-on CRM monthly engagements with metrics tracking
  • Collect and analyse data to formulate CRM strategies
  • Plan retailer monthly promotions, pre-launches and exclusives
  • Provide promotional support to Departmental Stores retail front to drive up sales
  • Maximise brand exposure and plan tactical promotions on e-tailers’ sites to drive incremental sales
  • Conceptualize and implement retailtainment activations for Standalone Boutique business



  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, either in Cosmetic or Fashion as a Marketing Executive
  • Self-starter experienced in CRM, Retail Marketing as well as Budget Control and Sales Administration
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Has strong working relationships with retailers
  • Excellent presentation and organization skills
  • Go-getter to be able to achieve targets under pressure
  • Proficient in Tableau, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and Cloud is an advantage
  • Certified in SalesForce Marketing Cloud is a plus
