MAIN PURPOSE

 

Responsible for the development of all brands under the Prestige and Fragrance business division.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Planning

 

  • Conceptualize and implement short term and mid term business, marketing and growth strategies for all the brands under the Prestige Business                                                                                      
  • Analyse and review business & marketing strategy
  • Develop customer retention strategies together with the team                                                                                                                                       
  • Evaluate and develop creative promotion campaigns for Singapore to align with the Regional Marketing concept
  • Evaluate brand promotion campaigns

 

 

Sales Target

 

  • Monitoring and ensuring all brand leaders are achieving and improving wholesale and retail revenue targets under the Prestige Business                                                                                      
  • Creating and manging sales targets for all Prestige Brands

 

Ensuring Profits

 

  • Plan and allocate budgets                                                     
  • Responsible for achieving P & L of all brands under Prestige division

 

New Business Development

 

  • Evaluate market trend and develop new business strategies                                                                                                                                          
  • Acquire new customers and encourage repeat purchase                                                                                                        
  • Work with different media and partners to expand market share                                                                                                                                       
  • Exploring the potential of launching new brands  
  • Researching and identifying business growth opportunity

 

Quality and Productivity

 

  • Establish and improvise internal work flow
  • Monitor department productivity and performances

 

Customers and Other External Relationships

 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with journalists and all media                                                                             
  • Relation building with key business partners

 

Environmental and Social Responsibilities

 

  • Organize and support social charity events

 

Human Resource Development

 

  • Coach and nurture next generation brand leaders for the company                                                                                                                                   
  • Charted out the career path for the team. Motivate commitment and loyalty to company 
  • Evaluate and improve staff strengths/weaknesses

 

Building Organisational Strength

 

  • Assisting in developing good corporate culture, so as to attract potential employees for the company

 

Others

 

  • Responsible for all counter renovation planning

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Knowledge of the local practices and customs required

 

  • Far-sighted and have strong analytical and strategic mind-set to improve short and mid-terms business strategies.
  • Creative and have an open mind-set to implement various marketing campaigns and events
  • Experience in budget planning
  • Good technical and product knowledge

Qualifications
