MAIN PURPOSE

The incumbent is required to lead and drive the eCommerce business in Shiseido Singapore.  Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop and execute strategies in achieving business objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work closely with the Managing Director of Shiseido Singapore to accelerate Shiseido Singapore’s eCommerce business
  • Manage all e-commerce operations to maximize the sales and profitability of the Company and meet its objectives.
  • Lead and oversee the entire eCommerce division and guide the team to meet eCommerce KPIs
  • Ownership and management of digital marketing including social media integration
  • Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing
  • Accountable for e-commerce business KPIs including, but not limited to, revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, margin, inventory, etc.
  • The candidate should have omnichannel and O2O experience, with a proven record of running omnichannel direct to consumer business.
  • Develop and implement eCommerce sales strategies and drive eCommerce sales within Shiseido Singapore
  • Liaise with eCommerce partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives
  • Formulate and execute digital marketing demand generation initiatives
  • Monitor and review data mining and analytics tools
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability
  • Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Highly motivated individual with 6-8 years of experience, of which 6 years of eCommerce specific experience in building and driving eCommerce businesses.
  • Understanding of Sales Force Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware), Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Exact Target, Order Management Systems and Warehouse Management Systems, and other systems in the eCommerce technology ecosystem.
  • Outstanding project management skills and meticulous with details
  • Resourceful and able to meet challenging deadlines
  • Strong collaborating skills, vendor and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
