MAIN PURPOSE

 

To partner with Shiseido’s Digital Centre of Excellence (DCOE), E-commerce and ICT team to front seamless consumer facing technology for the Company.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Be a business partner from Digital IT to relevant stakeholders
  • Handle multiple project teams for large scale projects, with vendor management
  • Hands-on experience on technical integration for enterprise level systems
  • Hands-on experience with Retail POS technical rollout
  • Managing and leading solution architecture design
  • Assists in establishing standards applications across systems

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • 5 – 7 years of technical experiences and detailed involvement on the following:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Commerce Cloud
  • Brand website
  • Point of Sales systems
  • CRM/Loyalty management
  • API integration between systems (On-Prem and SaaS)
  • Data Management
  • Deep understanding on Consumer Journey experiences from online to offline
  • Deep understanding of web technology and physical hardware
  • Project and Program management skills
  • Team player
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with multiple teams across countries
