  • Manage planning, organizing, and developing technical information for new products and existing products.
  • Verify Product names, claims, marketing communications and advertisements from the regional regulation and science points of view, then substantiate all with efficacy test data and other technical information.
  • Support regional & local marketing activities from technical aspects.
  • Support regional & local RA team for claim substantiation.
  • Conduct consumer research and competitor research in the cosmetic industry to propose and develop more attractive claims and technical information.




Regional technical information development


  • Create technical information according to new product concept.
  • Check and verify product claims and plan how to substantiate them by ingredients and formula information or efficacy tests.
  • Plan and execute efficacy tests in-house or with third parties, and review and analyse the test results.
  • Finalize and confirm all claims with MKT.
  • Communicate well with marketing, regulatory, and other R&D members to execute the above jobs.


Regional marketing activities support


  • Support to create marketing materials such as mechanism diagram, educational contents, or demo movie to explain unique technology or ingredients formulated and the efficacy in the products.
  • Check and verify marketing communications and advertisements from the regional regulation and science points of view and provide alternative suggestions if needed.
  • Participate and present technical information in marketing events.


Regional regulatory activities support


  • Answer local authority inquiries by creating the explanation letters or providing the supporting documents.


Consumer and Competitors research


  • Conduct APAC area’s consumer research to understand APAC consumers deeply.
  • Research and analyse competitors’ claims and activities to understand market trend and competitiveness.




  • Have equivalent level of knowledge as the graduate from Science or Pharmaceutical department.
  • Motivating and working well in team and independently.
  • Able to learn quickly and apply knowledge in appropriate situations.
  • Strong communication skill.
  • Higher curiosity and Proactive attitude.
  • Creative but Realistic.
  • English Speaking skill.
