MAIN PURPOSE

 

The incumbent will support the coordination and communication of L&D initiatives for various learning initiatives, review the post-learning feedback to provide continuous improvement to the learning experience. With the vision to elevate virtual / digital learning options, the incumbent will be involved in the research and exploration of new tools as an on-going effort to build the learning experience.

The incumbent may also be exposed to other general HR operations where suitable to obtain a broader appreciation of human resource management in Shiseido.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  • Digital and Creative Lead
    • Develop and create targeted content (eg communication videos, presentation decks) for employee engagement activities and/or corporate events such as Townhalls.
    • Creative lead in designing collaterals, prototyping course contents, and exploring new tools to create employee engagement materials (e.g. Canva, Powtoon, Mentimeter, etc.)

 

  • T&OD Projects
    • Plan, manage and orchestrate learning challenge/competition to drive e-learning initiatives across Asia Pacific
    • Research and propose new ways of learning to enhance and the employees’ learning experience    
    • Support the coordination and rollout of various T&OD projects, initiatives and events.

 

     

  • Learning Management System (LMS) and Data Analytics
    • Record and track Organize course catalogue, course schedules and upload course content
    • Collate and analyse post course evaluation data, training attendance, and recommend appropriate learning enhancement to Learning & development. 
    • Generate relevant reports from LMS and update training statistics  

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

 

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and various multi media softwares
  • Undergraduates in Marcoms, Communications & New Media, Business & Computing are welcome
  • Proficiency in authoring tools for e-learning will be an advantage
  • High-energy, creative, proactive, and resourceful
