Asia Pacific - Regional Retail Design Intern

This is a full-time internship for the period August 2023 - January 2024. Please kindly be noted before applying for the role.

MAIN PURPOSE

The Regional Retail Design Intern will support the Regional Retail Design Team in coordinating the executions of retail environments to achieve business objectives, as well as provide support for project management and store design development, to achieve desired consumer experience, business objectives and amplify brand identity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design creation for Store Design & Visual Merchandising elements

• To support Retail Design Team on store designs & merchandising display themes, according to market plans and global direction.
• Highly creative and possess attention to detail in form, materials, typography, and colours
• Understand the needs of design briefs and handle design activities contributing to projects within the Retail Design team.
• Provide high-quality design works graphic/3D with Adobe software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, and 3D software.
• Assist design to support any form of adaptation in collaterals or VM drawings, where required

• Execution support/ On-site

• Hands-on with the mockup, production, and in-store execution
• Able to go for on-site visits, and share competitor insights

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to communicate well with the team to deliver timely and quality work
• Proficient in Design Softwares(2D and 3D)
• Drafting, 3D & 2D, space planning and photography experience is an advantage.
• Collaborate well with other departments and affiliates
• A team player with minimal supervision, has an eye for detail, and versatile with a willing to learn attitude
• Open to new challenges with a “can do” attitude
