Asia Pacific - Regional Regulatory and Quality Management Intern

MAIN PURPOSE
The regulatory and quality management intern will support the regulatory affairs team in handling the information file and packaging data. This role will involve assisting in regulatory compliance tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that all information file and packaging data meets requirements. The intern will gain practical experience in regulatory affairs and exposure to the processes to ensure compliance within cosmetic industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- RESPONSIBILITIES 1
Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining information file for cosmetic products in accordance to regulatory requirements.
- RESPONSIBILITIES 2
Support the collection of packaging data for compliance with regulations
- RESPONSIBILITIES 3
Help and assist collaboration with countries affiliates to gather necessary information for registration submissions.
- RESPONSIBILITIES 4
Ensure that all product documentation is accurately completed and maintained in company’s systems.
- RESPONSIBILITIES 5
Perform tasks to support the Regulatory Affairs team as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a degree in science (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passionate with the cosmetics industry
- Interest in regulatory affairs and the cosmetics industry.
