Asia Pacific - Regional Project Management Intern

This is a full-time internship for the period of August 2023 - January 2024. Please kindly be noted before applying for the role.

Objectives

• Support the Regional Retail Design Team in coordinating the executions of retail environments to achieve business objectives

• Support Project Management, Indirect Procurement & Regional Production administratives

Job Scope (Project Management)

• Project Tracker for all brands (Shiseido, CPB, NARS, Elixir, DE) on Store Construction and Visual Merchandising/ Marketing GWP

• Update project tracker, prepare 2024 store projection tracker

• SAPAC Regional Production- VMD/Evergreen/EC Gifting/GWP (Shiseido, CPB incl Mecca and Sephora Gondola/Tester Unit Updates), from Global Deployment- VMD (NARS)

• Assist on vendor coordinations

• APAC Orders Consolidation including billing and shipping details

• Consolidated Regional PO Creation

• Track PO approvals

• PO Goods Receipt and Invoice Submission

• Shipment Coordination- (Shiseido, CPB, NARS, Incoming Brands)

• Track production shipment dates

• Review of shipment documentation (Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists)

• Support to align vendors to release shipment notification alerts to markets

• Review Shipment Pickup status

Job Scope (Indirect Procurement)

• APAC VM/GWP Vendors’ & Retail Construction Shopfitters’ Accreditions

• Support vendor accreditation administratives

• Review Local Cost Biddings from Shopfitters (wef from 2H 2021)

• Track local Purchase Order Agreement for project appointment with the relevant approved design drawings as a package

Job Scope (Administration)

• APAC Contact List maintenance

• Schedule Team/Regional Meetings

• Arrange flight schedules for HOD
