Asia Pacific - Regional Project Management Executive [Retail Design]
MAIN PURPOSE
Incumbent is to support the Regional Retail Design Team in the strategic planning, coordinating and execution of retail environments to achieve brand business objectives. He/she needs to drive regional production as well as manage HQ offering, ensure VMD standard is consistent across region, and adhere to brand governance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan product launches following brand marketing calendar and display tester rollouts, project milestones from program offering, collating of markets’ orders to production, shipment to market OCD timelines for multiple brands.
- Review regional/global programs’ VMD development and cost negotiation with vendors.
- Part of the team to support the deployment for New Store Concept and to support markets in production.
- Coordination and Communication of new store counter openings upon reviewing store design layouts and VMD planogram guideline.
- Manage project tracking for multiple brands in order to manage team timeline.
- Program launch coordination (collating region orders and mark out market variants for customization).
- Shopping cart requisitions from vendor quotations to raising vendor PO
- Colour proof match prints, material samples and product library maintenance.
- Manage Retail Design team SAP process, including accounts tracking and invoicing.
- Support and review markets inventory order for new counter (CPB & LM)
- Manage vendor on open sell modules production and program updates (LM)
- Provide guidance to markets on VMD ordering from HQ.
- Advise retail design team on production, timeline and material sourcing.
- Keep track on HQs offering closely liase with HQ counterpart.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of project process and timeline management
- Good analytical skills with good understanding of project requirements on Retail Design aspects
- Strong communication skills to liase with stakeholders from HQ, RHQ, Affiliate and vendors
- Take the initiative to suggest and advise on process improvements on project management relevancy.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP systems and Adobe software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial budget planning.
