Asia Pacific - Regional Marketing Intern, Fragrance

MAIN PURPOSE
The Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting and assisting the team in the Operational marketing activities of 5 luxury fragrance brands for distributors and APAC markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing
• To coordinate the collection of data and analyses performances in APAC.
• To prepare reports and information gathered from the markets to consolidate to HQ.
• To disseminate marketing guidelines and information to markets
• To coordinate with local markets on marketing calendar and animation plans
• To undertake daily marketing & administration tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department
Business Development
• Assist on communication with distributors to obtain necessary information for the launches and results
• Assist on compiling business performances on monthly report with SAPAC and distributors.
Visual Merchandising
• Define visual merchandising plan per POS (Light box , planograms…)
• To validate visual adaptation and update on visual focus.
• Visual Merchandising material planning and stock management
Events
• To assist Brand team in the coordination of events in the region
• Organize production material related to the events (invitations, gifts, catalogs etc..) and ensure availability and timely delivery
• Create post event report to share with HQ and team
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Possess good communication and written skills and time management skills
• Good at Microsoft powerpoint and also excel
• Good team player and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, fast learner and able to work independently
