Asia Pacific - Regional Marketing Intern, Fragrance

MAIN PURPOSE
The Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting and assisting the team in the Operational marketing activities of 4 luxury fragrance brands for APAC domestic Markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing
-
To coordinate the collection of data and analyses performances in APAC.

To prepare reports and information gathered from the markets to consolidate to HQ.

To disseminate marketing guidelines and information to markets
-
To coordinate with local markets on marketing calendar and animation plans
-
To undertake daily marketing & administration tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department
Media / Communication
-
Liaise with media agency to obtain necessary information for the purpose of media planning

Assist with media schedule for advertisement productions and monitor delivery of orders

Analyze performances on media investment with Agency

Prepare PR program and analyses KOL profile before sending to HQ.
Visual Merchandising
-
Define visual merchandising plan per POS (Light box , planograms…)

To validate visual adaptation and update on visual focus.

Visual Merchandising material planning and stock management
Events
-
To assist Brand Manager in the coordination of events in the region
-
Organize production material related to the events (invitations, gifts, catalogs etc..) and ensure availability and timely delivery

Create post event report to share with HQ and team
REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent

Possess good communication and written skills and time management skills

Good team player and able to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Self-motivated, fast learner and able to work independently
