Asia Pacific - Regional Marketing Executive (Distributor Markets)
MAIN PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Regional Marketing Executive to support our APAC distributor markets across multiple brands within the cosmetics and prestige beauty division. This role plays a critical part in managing distributor relationships, driving brand growth and ensuring a consistent execution of marketing strategies across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Marketing Activation & Campaign Excellence

- Drive end-to-end regional marketing activation across distributor markets ensuring timely and quality execution in line with global and regional campaigns
- Partner closely with distributors to drive strong in-market execution across ATL, BTL, digital, retail and PR touchpoints
- Monitor campaign roll-outs, identify execution gaps and recommend optimisation to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Partner with brand, digital and training teams to roll out product launches, retail animation, and education initiatives
Distributor Management & Market Enablement

- Act as the key regional marketing contact for assigned distributor markets, providing support, direction and governance
- Review and guide distributors’ annual marketing plans, launch proposals and activation budgets to ensure strategic global and regional alignment
- Equip distributors with marketing assets, launch toolkits and best practices to elevate brand consistency and execution standards
- Facilitate regular regional meetings and distributor marketing conference to upskill distributor marketing teams and strengthen partnership
Performance Tracking & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Track campaign performance, sell-out results and key marketing KPIs across markets; consolidate insights and post-campaign learnings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional brand, digital, visual merchandising and supply chain teams to drive integrated brand success and seamless execution
- Support regional reporting, forecasting and continuous initiatives to drive brand growth
REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; regional or distributor market exposure preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills to meet multiple deadlines effectively
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
