Asia Pacific - Regional Marketing Executive, Shiseido
MAIN PURPOSE
SHISEIDO Regional Brand Team’s mission is to build long-term brand equity and accelerate brand growth and market share growth in the region by partnering closely with Global Brand Holder and Local Market teams, which include Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, and Oceania.
The incumbent is to provide overall support and assist the SHISEIDO brand team in a wide array of marketing activities while adhering to the SHISEIDO brand strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with brand team to assist in the development and implementation of the SHISEIDO brand strategy
- Manage pure player campaigns ensuring its success through close liaison with markets, cross-functional teams and agencies on campaign details, timeline and execution
- Work closely with Distributor Business Develop team to ensure marketing & branding materials are communicated effectively for smooth roll-out in distributor markets
- Collaborate with Global and local teams to drive business growth in ‘Makeup’ category
- Support brand team in the organisation and coordination of regional events and conferences
- Support business analysis, competitive analysis, presentation, and brand strategy development
- Support Regional Digital, Social, and E-Commerce Assets development projects
- Support Social & Influencer Activation program analysis, competitive analysis and benchmarking, opportunity identification, conceptualization, and best practice recommendation
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- Min. 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Good team player and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated, fast learner and able to work independently
- Experience or interest in Beauty / FMCG / Luxury will be an advantage
