Asia Pacific - Regional Marketing Executive, NARS & Drunk Elephant
MAIN PURPOSE
The Regional Marketing Executive, NARS & Drunk Elephant is pro-active, structured and organized, they are well versed in Microsoft office and enjoy interacting with people, coordinating and managing day to day work and projects. In Marketing & Operations scope, this role is to support the Regional Brand Manager in overseeing business planning processes to achieve operations efficiencies, including specialized duties in Ecommerce, Visual Merchandising POG and VM forecast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MARKETING & OPERATIONS
Reporting
- Manage monthly business reports consolidation and follow up with local markets for timely submission.
- Supports SRMM in any ad-hoc reports, management report and presentation preparation.
- Provide updates, latest trends and key competitors’ launches/ programs
E-commerce & Creative Assets Management
- Partner with Corporate E-commerce team to develop assets brief for Pureplayer platforms Mega campaigns
- Support SRMM in reviewing markets e-commerce mechanics proposal.
- Support markets and retailers on new launches assets request
PO and Expenses Management
- Manage PO, invoice and payment tracking for MECCA, and DE SAPAC Prestige.
- Supports SRMM in tracking MECCA A&P expenses.
Partner MECCA team
- Provide new item file update (MECCA).
- Manage MECCA selling price update with SAPAC Commercial Logistics team.
- Provide markets support for any marketing and operations related queries.
Visual Merchandising & Store Planning
- Partner with corporate SAPAC Design team to manage MECCA & Sephora seasonal gondola plate updates including timeline management, creative direction, planogramming, and assortment planning.
- Oversee costing and ordering of new units/ gondolas while maintaining assets tracker for MECCA
Administration
- Manage monthly meeting schedule with markets.
- Manage DE & NARS Box folders.
- Provide the team administrative support, as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business studies
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in the luxury retail segment
- Previous Asia-Pacific regional experience is an advantage
- Strong digital and business analytical skills
- Possess strong coordination and project management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with numbers
