Asia Pacific - Regional Learning & Organisation Development Intern

MAIN PURPOSE  

 

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Regional Learning and Organisation Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in learning and development initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement strategies within a regional context in Shiseido. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Learning & Development Support 

  • Assist with logistics for training sessions, including materials preparation, design of communication etc. 

  • Record and track course catalogue, course schedules and upload course content. 

  • Collate and analyse post course evaluation data and recommend areas of improvement as needed. 

  • Maintain accurate records of learning activities, attendance, and participant progress. 

  • Analyse data and generate insights - prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders 

 

 

  • Digital and Creative Lead 

  • Develop and create targeted content (eg communication videos, presentation decks) for employee engagement activities and/or corporate events such as Townhalls.  

  • Creative lead in designing collaterals, prototyping course contents, and exploring new tools to create employee engagement materials (e.g. Canva, Powtoon, Mentimeter, etc.) 

 

 

  • Project Participation 

  • Contribute to organizational development projects aimed at improving workplace culture and employee engagement. 

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to support the implementation of any T&OD initiatives 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

 

 

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and various multi-media softwares 

  • Undergraduates in Human Resource, Business Admin, Marcoms, Communications & New Media, Business & Computing are welcome 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Proficiency in authoring tools for e-learning will be an advantage  

  • High-energy, creative, proactive, and resourceful
