This will be a 1 year fixed-term contract role under Shiseido with full benefits (subjected to renewal / conversion based on business needs).



This role will help coordinate and support our key accounts – Mecca and Sephora business with the purpose to grow and develop these channels together with our brand team and across other functional teams such as SCM, Finance and Digital/eCom/CMI within the organisation, as well as close collaboration with Shiseido affiliates especially for Sephora.


Collate and organise sales data, provide business analytics from data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes for sales reporting & business projection purposes, allowing the organisation to make data driven business decisions based on those insights.





  • Data Analysis & Reports
  • Ensure that the retail sales data are downloaded from Sephora Domo system on a weekly / monthly basis for each market.  Analyse and track performance vs target vs LY.
  • Ensure that Mecca retail sales report are consolidated by/before 10th of each month in preparation for Flash Report submission every 15th of the month. Analyse and track performance vs target vs LY.
  • Follow up with Sephora Key Account Leads of every market to provide monthly sales commentary
  • Market sizing through various channels – Beaute Research, Beauty Updates, etc.for brand and competition analysis


  • Brand P & L & Supply Chain Tracking
  • Work closely with Finance team to get monthly updates on Mecca External Sales Performance and P&L for NARS, Drunk Elephant & Shiseido brand.
  • Collate the Monthly Shipment details provided by our Supply Chain team and calculate Fill Rates


  • Marketing & Sales Support
  • Participate and support sales & marketing events and activities where necessary
  • Work together with brand teams / Key Account Lead to explore and put together retailer specific program where necessary and/or appropriate to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Support in planning of JBP with our retailers (2 times a year per retailer)
  • Support & follow up on regulatory matters pertaining / affecting our retailers and surface risks involved





  • A recognized degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field in business development, key account management or sales/retail management (preferably from a retail/ luxury consumer environment)
  • Excellent Oral & Written communication skills. 
  • Strong Numeric skills
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and flexible and swift in taking actions
  • Ability to work across different business cultures.
