Asia Pacific - Regional IT PMO Manager

MAIN PURPOSE

The Regional IT PMO Manager role is responsible for developing the framework, templates, tools and systems to support the tracking of IT operations and project performance (quality, issue and risk management), governance, budget and resource planning.  This role provides partnership with respective IT Managers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that the project is within the stipulated scope, timeline and cost constraints. Regional IT PMO Manager will work closely with various stakeholders in different levels and teams located globally and within the Asia Pacific affiliates to establish an integrated regional project plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop standard IT project management methodologies and implement the tools to enable adoption of the IT governance framework
• Lead the periodic milestone reviews including status reports, dashboards, issues/risks registers, KPI monitoring, budget forecast evaluation, work allocations and resource load balancing
• Manage the timeliness of vendor service contracts, certificates and license renewals
• Support the monthly evaluation of IT budget, actuals monitoring, and cost optimization exercise
• Coordinate with IT Managers in defining and prioritising IT operational or project topics that would require IT Management decision
• Maintain an active engagement within the regional IT community by providing relevant updates and information through various communication channels

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 7 years experience in IT Project Management and familiar in ITIL
• Experience in Agile Methodology and the PM tools (ie. Jira/Confluence)
• Certification in PMP, CITPM or other similar PM certification, Agile Scrum Master/Product Owner is an advantage
• High proficiency with MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Good team player with positive attitude
