Asia Pacific - Regional Ecommerce Intern
MAIN PURPOSE
To support Regional E-commerce campaigns, projects, new tools and capabilities and reporting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support regional e-commerce campaigns – from idea generation, working closely with regional brand teams and local affiliates all the way to target tracking and evaluating performance. Well versed in Shopee, TikTok and Lazada APP.
• Compile best practices playbooks on e-commerce and conduct knowledge sharing with local teams through community building sessions.
• Take lead of competitor watch to conduct campaign learnings and insights to share with brand and local affiliate teams.
• Support in Monthly ecommerce performance report, Mega campaign tracker and other ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Support in building and executing data analytics to understand business performance and be able to analyse data to get business insight and recommendation.
• Work closely with country teams and external e-commerce partners.
• Supports research initiatives around competitive analysis and digital trends.
• Ability to pilot and support new capabilities and tools in the everchanging ecommerce landscape.
REQUIREMENTS
• Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI
• Photoshop/Canva
• Data analysis skill
• Problem solver
• Proactive attitude and willing to learn
