Asia Pacific - Regional Ecommerce Executive

MAIN PURPOSE

The incumbent is required to support Shiseido Group’s eCommerce acceleration on all e-channels under APAC Region across all Prestige, Cosmetics and Fragrance brands (Shiseido, Cle de Peau, NARS, Drunk Elephant, Anessa, Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Elixir, dProgram).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support Ecomm Manager on campaign planning and executing regional campaigns on pure player platforms – from idea generation to key visual creation working with regional brand teams and countries all the way to evaluating performance
  • Build and execute data analytics to understand business performance and be able to analyse data to get business insight and recommendation
  • Improve ROI closely working with country teams and our eCom partners and media agencies
  • Monthly reporting and analysis of performance across brands and countries.
  • Lead research initiatives around competitive analysis and digital trends.
  • Compile best practices playbooks on E-com and conduct knowledge sharing sessions with local teams
  • Able to pilot and support new capabilities and tools in the everchanging ecommerce landscape
  • Coordination and organization of regional summits/ events

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Highly motivated, self -starter with strong problem-solving skills and is passionate on building and driving eCommerce and Digital acceleration
  • Prior experience in working on marketplaces such as Lazada/ Shopee – with proven track record in driving and growing eCommerce revenues, knowledge on platform dashboards
  • Highly data driven having a good foundation and understanding of all aspects of Direct-to-consumer business in different e-channels
  • Experience in driving revenues and collaborating with multiple brand/business stakeholders
  • Resourcefulness in using creative thinking to find solutions, exploring all options, clever use of available resources
  • Proactive resolution by anticipating and addressing issues before they escalate
  • Able to build relationships with different cultures/ markets, different internal stakeholders
  • Adaptability and Flexibility to navigate the fast pace and changing eCommerce environment
