Asia Pacific - Regional Digital Marketing Intern
MAIN PURPOSE
To support the Digital Marketing team to provide the necessary insights & action steps to stakeholders
related to the paid and shared media management through tracking & reports generation, stakeholder
liaison and tools management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute to the planning, executing, optimising, reporting & evaluating of marketing activities
for regional e-commerce campaigns (i.e. Lazada/ Shopee / TikTok Shop/ brand.com) across
APAC markets within a matrix organisation and external agency partners
• Support strategies for cross-channel campaigns ensuring the ability to capture attribution from
top funnel tactics to low funnel conversion metrics across different owned platforms, including
brand.com & pureplayer channels. Media channels include social, video, search, display etc.
• Supporting the stewardship of digital marketing guidelines, ensuring local markets adhere to
global policies.
• Assist on creation of regional best practices, playbooks, frameworks, benchmarking strategies
on digital marketing and media.
• Provide training & consultations to local markets on regional marketing tools in collaboration
with expert agency partners
• Execute competitive tracking to uncover market trends and industry developments to identify
new opportunities. Includes evaluating new digital technologies & marketing technology stack
in collaboration with stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce
• Excellent People and Communication skills with an ability to adapt to different personalities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Soft Skills: Analytical, Initiative, Curious, Collaborative, Passionate
• Preferred skills:
o Basic command of media planning knowledge
o Familiarity on ECommerce & Media platforms/tools such as SFCC, JIRA, Google Analytics, Shopee & Lazada Marketing Solutions management, Meta & Google Ads
analytics management would be a plus
