Asia Pacific - Regional Digital Marketing Analytics Intern

MAIN PURPOSE

 

As a Regional Digital Marketing Analytics Intern, you will support the Digital Marketing team to provide the necessary insights & action steps to stakeholders related to the paid and owned media management through reports generation, data interpretation, model building and dashboard building. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn about digital marketing analytics in both paid and owned media space.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Paid Media

  • Support in report generation, analyses & action steps recommendation for performance marketing across E-Commerce platforms, including but not exclusive to platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop & owned Brand.com.

 

  • Drive marketing insights through attribution and model building to support marketing guidance to geo-brands.

 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain marketing reports, stitching different sources of data to improve marketing analytics productivity.

 

  • Assist on creation of regional best practices, playbooks, frameworks, benchmarking strategies on digital marketing and media.

 

Owned Media

  • Website Operations & UI/UX Optimization
    • Support the management and measurement of owned media assets, including content management as well as UI/UX website optimization
    • Conduct monthly site audit and work with local affiliate stakeholders on any issues that arise. E.g. missing product image/price, discrepancies between mobile and desktop, wrong links, button not working etc.

 

  • Website Rollout Support
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders and Project Manager to participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify and report any issues, bugs or discrepancies found, to ensure the website meets business requirements and user expectations

 

 
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Support on data extraction, monitor and analyse ecommerce performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

 

Tools Governance

  • Manage & maintain regional marketing tools & accesses, including pureplayers’ marketing solution, google analytics etc.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Analytics, Business, Marketing, Data, or related degree
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Excellent People and Communication skills with an ability to adapt to different personalities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Soft Skills: Analytical, Initiative, Curious, Collaborative, Passionate
  • Technical skills:
    • R, Python
    • Basic command of media planning knowledge
    • Familiarity on ecommerce platforms/tools such as SFCC, JIRA, Google Analytics 4 would be a plus
    • Preference: Master Excel advanced level with Power Query & VBA. SQL, Data Visualization skills through PowerBI / Tableau.
