Asia Pacific - Regional CRM Intern
MAIN PURPOSE
To provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to regional CRM initiatives, roadmap and
projects including (but not limited to): loyalty management system Kizuna, loyalty program
management, customer engagement personalization journey, basic to advanced analytics and ad hoc
projects.
The position will work alongside Digital & Ecommerce, ICT and Legal department, Regional Brands
team as well as local CRM and brands team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the platform enhancement of Shiseido Group regional loyalty management system
• Assist in loyalty program standardization for Shiseido, Cle de Peau Beaute and NARS.
• Assist in creation of regional creative assets in collaboration with regional brand teams
• Assist in dashboards and reports enhancement on loyalty management system Kizuna
• Assist in CRM KPI reporting on monthly basis.
• Compile best practices playbooks on CRM recruitment, campaigns, and member
engagement, communications, and personalisation
• Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and potential growth opportunities
• Work alongside Regional CRM Manager to drive CRM strategy in Pureplayers such as
Lazada and Shopee
• Support CRM team in planning meeting agenda with global, regional and local stakeholders
• Support on any ad-hoc tasks where necessary
REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to learn with an inquisitive mind, asking the right questions
• A team player who is comfortable and happy to contribute to a dynamic team environment
• Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently with supervision
• Multilingual in one other Asian language will be an added bonus
• Vocal and enjoy working in a team that values a family-oriented, success-achieving and fun-
