Asia Pacific - Regional CRM Intern

To provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to regional CRM initiatives, roadmap and projects including (but not limited to): loyalty management system Kizuna, loyalty program management, customer engagement personalization journey, basic to advanced analytics and ad hoc projects.  


The position will work alongside Digital & Ecommerce department, Regional Brands team as well as local CRM and brands team.  





  • Support the launch of Shiseido and NARS brands on loyalty management system Kizuna. 

  • Assist in loyalty program standardization for Shiseido, Cle de Peau Beaute and NARS.  

  • Compile best practices playbooks on CRM recruitment, campaigns, and member engagement, communications, and personalisation.  

  • Assist in data analytics to derive insights and drive CRM objectives.  

  • Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and potential growth opportunities.  

  • Work alongside CRM Manager to drive Pure Players growth such as Lazada and Shopee 

  • Support CRM team in planning meeting agenda with global, regional and local stakeholders.  

  • Assist in CRM KPI reporting on monthly basis.  





  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.  

  • Willing to learn with an inquisitive mind, asking the right questions. 

  • A team player who is comfortable and happy to contribute to a dynamic team environment.  

  • Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently with supervision.  

  • Multilingual in one other Asian language will be an added bonus.
