Asia Pacific - Regional CRM Intern

MAIN PURPOSE
To provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to regional CRM initiatives, roadmap and projects including (but not limited to): loyalty management system Kizuna, loyalty program management, customer engagement personalization journey, basic to advanced analytics and ad hoc projects.
The position will work alongside Digital & Ecommerce department, Regional Brands team as well as local CRM and brands team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the launch of Shiseido and NARS brands on loyalty management system Kizuna.

Assist in loyalty program standardization for Shiseido, Cle de Peau Beaute and NARS.

Compile best practices playbooks on CRM recruitment, campaigns, and member engagement, communications, and personalisation.

Assist in data analytics to derive insights and drive CRM objectives.

Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and potential growth opportunities.

Work alongside CRM Manager to drive Pure Players growth such as Lazada and Shopee

Support CRM team in planning meeting agenda with global, regional and local stakeholders.

Assist in CRM KPI reporting on monthly basis.
REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Willing to learn with an inquisitive mind, asking the right questions.

A team player who is comfortable and happy to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently with supervision.

Multilingual in one other Asian language will be an added bonus.
