Asia Pacific - Prestige Internship Roles (Brand Marketing)
Shiseido Asia Pacific's Prestige team is hiring for 3 brand marketing internship positions for our luxury brands (Clé de Peau Beauté and Shiseido).
This will be a 6 months internship from Jan to Jun 2025. Please only apply if you are able to commit to the internship full-time.
1. Regional Marketing Intern, Shiseido (2 vacancies)
MAIN PURPOSE
SHISEIDO Regional Brand Team’s mission is to build long-term brand equity and accelerate brand
growth and market share growth in the region by partnering closely with Global Brand Holder and Local Market teams, which include Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines,
Indonesia, and Oceania.
The incumbent is to provide overall support and assist the SHISEIDO brand team in a wide array of marketing activities while adhering to the SHISEIDO brand strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Operations
- Assist and support the brand team with regional-led initiatives based on opportunities identified and market needs
- Support on contractor and agency management including: getting quotations, briefing of agency/contractor/partners on specific brand needs
- Facilitate communication between local affiliates and drive alignment between all stakeholders, including local countries, HQ and independent agencies
Administrative and Reporting duties
- Support the brand team in monthly reporting and presentation when needed, main responsibility on Gate 5 analysis
- Assist in administrative responsibilities such as PO management, shipment coordination
- Support the brand team with competitive analysis and benchmarking, opportunity identification and best practice recommendation (request basis)
E-commerce & Digital
- Support e-Commerce team to roll out collaboration campaigns on eCommerce marketplaces (such as Lazada and Shopee)
- Collaborate with markets and cross function teams to ensure timely implementation and launch of regional-led campaigns
- Support Regional Digital, Social, and E-Commerce Assets development projects
- Support Social & Influencer Activation program analysis, competitive analysis and benchmarking, opportunity identification, conceptualization, and best practice recommendation
- Work closely with agency and global team to support timely update of brand.com content - banners, LP and PDPs
- Manage new/expired asset content update to markets
Strategy analysis
- Support on data churning and analysis needed for SAPAC strategy, including SHISEIDO brand data and competitor data
- Work closely with CMI (consumer insights team) to gather insights and provide analysis to brand managers
2. Regional Marketing Intern, Clé de Peau Beauté
MAIN PURPOSE
At Cle de Peau Beaute, the Regional Brand Team’s mission is to build long-term brand equity and accelerate brand growth and market share growth in the region by partnering closely with Global Brand Holder, internal corporate functional teams and Local Market teams, which include Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia.
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our regional brand team. This internship will help you acquire strategic marketing, analytical, stakeholder management, project management and leadership skills. It will provide you with knowledge and exposure to various aspects of marketing and brand building from innovation, marketing strategy development, integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, PR, CRM, project management, and execution.
Ultimately, you will gain broad and rich experience in brand building!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support business analysis, competitive analysis, presentation, and brand strategy development

Support brand’s E-commerce and Digital projects to drive online acceleration and brand building

Support Regional Digital & Social Assets development projects

Support in review of marketing plans from the markets, ideate new regional plans proposals and ensure excellence in execution and track performance. This will cover Media, Digital, PR, Instore, E.com, Promotions and Education.

Support team in day to day marketing-related processes
REQUIREMENTS

Internship experience related to brand marketing / strategy building* in FMCG, Prestige, Beauty
* Working experience in creative agency, research agency, consulting company is welcome
** Beauty experience is preferred, but not mandatory
