What You'll Do
As an IT Process Analyst Intern, you will document existing process, identify areas of improvement, implement solutions to streamline operations, and help improve efficiency and ensure processes are compliant with standards.
You will:
- Process Analysis & Optimization; Analyse existing IT processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
2. Process Design & Documentation; Document and map IT processes using tools such as flowcharts, diagrams, and business process modelling tool. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the processes.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting; Establish the KPI for SLA reports, monitor performance based on agreed SLA, generate reports for management.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams from the regional and local stakeholders (IT and Business Team), understanding processes which relate to the IT overall processes to ensure the optimization and security requirements.
5. Change Management; Assist in development and implementation of change management, and ensure the changes are communicated effectively across the relevant organization.
6. Compliance & Risk Management; Ensure IT processes comply with the relevant regulations, standards, and organization policy, identify potential risks and propose mitigation plan.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, technology adoption, and innovation on the existing processes, while actively promoting the continuous improvement culture throughout the region.

- Currently undertaking a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
