MAIN PURPOSE 

A Regional IT PMO Intern plays a vital role in supporting the successful execution of IT projects across SAPAC. This involves assisting the PMO Manager, creating reporting dashboards that will benefit the entire APAC IT markets and contributing to the overall efficiency of the project management office. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. PMO Dashboard  

• Create a PMO Dashboard using Power BI to help extract and sync data from multiple excel file or other data sources.  

• This dashboard will contain different types of data such as budget, actual costs, list of contracts and list of licenses, which will be used by ICT team and other affiliates as well. 

• Support the loading and checking of data integrity for financial related data. 

2. PMO related tasks 

• Maintain and organize project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes. 

• Assist in preparing regular project status reports and presentations. 

• Monitor and update Application Portfolio Management (APM) to ensure current and accurate records. 

• Automate updating of financial data using Power Automate and Power Query. 

3. Others 

• Create communication templates if necessary. 

• Assist in organizing the ICT workshop and other relevant activities. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Query, Power Automate and Power BI 

• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Have good analytical and creative problem-solving skills 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
