Asia Pacific - IT Automation Intern

MAIN PURPOSE
• Creation of Automation (RPA) for IT processes
• Improvement of SharePoint site pages
• Training on new automation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SharePoint Administration
• Manage and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments.
• Create and configure site collections, document libraries, lists, permissions, and metadata.
• Implement governance policies for content management, access control, and site lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide Tier 2/3 support to users and site owners.
• Perform regular audits and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Automation & Workflow Development
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel).
• Streamline business processes such as approvals, notifications, data collection, and reporting.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, automation logic, and user guides.
Security & Compliance
• Manage user access and permissions using SharePoint groups and Azure AD roles.
• Ensure data protection and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Monitor usage and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities. Collaboration & Training
• Work closely with business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored SharePoint solutions.
• Provide training and support to users on SharePoint features and automation tools.
• Promote adoption of digital workflows and self-service capabilities.
