Asia Pacific - Human Resources Intern
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and administer the review and communication of HR policies and processes
- Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives by crafting authentic employee narratives that highlight our EVP, culture, and core values and supporting our social media channels.
- Create contents for employee engagement and communications using videos, EDMs and other online platforms, e.g., Canva, Powtoon, Vimeo etc.
- Design and develop HR dashboards and analyse data to collect and derive people insights
- Coordinate and manage end‑to‑end interview logistics, including scheduling, sending calendar invites, arranging video conference links, securing venues, and ensuring timely follow‑ups
- Review and screen resumes against defined job requirements, providing a shortlist of qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date recruitment data and ensure timely updates across tracking sheets and databases.
- Support background verification processes and assist in facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases and tools
- Any other projects and ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business-related degree.
- Passionate about people and culture, looking to gain hands-on experience in the Human Resource field
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office Applications including Powerpoint, Excel, Visio and experience in video-conference platforms such as Zoom and TEAMS
- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented
- Good communication skills with systematic thinking
- Responsible, demonstrate positive work attitude and ethics, has good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience with HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
