This is a 1 year fixed-term contract with a 1 month completion bonus upon the end of the contract.

MAIN PURPOSE

The Finance Analyst will support and assist the FP&A team to build and improve reporting and data transformation tasks as part of the project to automate and build data readiness to support decisions, create analysis & insights. The analyst will also assist in data and business validation in the Brand Planning and Sales Automation project including roll-out to markets in the Region, acting as an ambassador to promote adoption and training/knowledge transfer to the markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Transformation

• Support work on Sales data transformation, preparation and standardisation
• Setup Power Query to prepare monthly Data files in specific formats
• Support data testing and validate accuracy and completeness of data
• Study and reconcile data with markets in the region to ensure consistency of reporting parameter
• Assist to setup and integrate use of relevant data points to support business processes

2. Maintain and modify VBA codes and PowerBI Visualisation

• Maintain and modify VBA codes in Excel according to user requirements
• Modify and monitor data integrity of PowerBI reports & visualizations
• Create and build new visualization & storyboard using PowerBI to provide added insights
• Provide training and assistance to market users to promote adoption of PowerBi in the region

3. Brand Analysis & Reporting

• Build financial reports and templates using Analysis for Office to support deep dive analysis
• Work with markets to standardize masterdata to enable reporting and analysis on profitability by Channel, Customer and product margin.
• Assist to promote use of AFO for finance community in the region
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business with specialisation in Data Analytics
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Hands-on experience working with large volume of data, including ETL is preferred
• Advance skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI is a must
• Possess knowledge of at least one programming language, e.g. Python, SQL or VBA for Excel
• Fast learner, proactive and resourceful individual
