Asia Pacific - Digital IT Support Intern

MAIN PURPOSE

Join as part of Digital IT team who partner with Shiseido’s Digital Shared Service (DSS) teams for digital solutioning initiative and support across e-Commerce, CRM, Digital Marketing, and Data Analytic functionals’ technical stacks that front seamless consumer facing technology for the Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Digital IT team
  • In maintaining software application, and other systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and work with vendors and/or internal IT support team to provide technical support
• Project administering
  • on documentation, meeting management, and using time management skills to help the team stay on track
• Lend IT support in areas
  • such as system management/configuration/programming and data analytics

REQUIREMENTS

• Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred to have technical knowledge of SQL, Excel VBA
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
