Asia Pacific - Data Analyst

MAIN PURPOSE

The Data Analyst role is responsible for developing and managing the data architecture, design, and structure to meet the data needs of the organization. The data analyst will build and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and other data stores, as well as creating and maintaining data models, ETL pipelines, and reports. The Data Analyst will also evaluate data sources and create data visualizations to support strategic business decisions.

• Design, build, and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and other data stores.
• Develop data models and create ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support strategic business decisions.
• Monitor data sources and data quality to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Design and implement data security measures to ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve data issues.
• Implement best practices for data management and governance.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence

• Expertise in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools

• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes

• Experience with ETL processes and data modelling.

• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.

• Experience with middleware tools e.g. Snaplogic, MuleSoft, Informatica etc.
