Asia Pacific - Cosmetics & Fragrance Internship Roles (Brand Marketing)

Shiseido Asia Pacific's Cosmetics & Fragrance team is hiring for 3 brand marketing internship positions for our respective cosmetics (Elixir, DProgram, Anessa) & fragrance brands! 

This will be a 6 months internship from Jan to Jun 2025. Please only apply if you are able to commit to the internship full-time.

 

1. Regional Marketing Intern, Elixir and DProgram 

 

MAIN PURPOSE 

The Regional Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting and assisting in brands ELIXIR & d program’s marketing activities for APAC domestic Markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan). 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • MARKETING OPERATIONS 

• To undertake daily marketing & administration tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department, e.g. disseminate marketing guidelines and information to markets, coordinating with local markets on marketing calendar and animation plans, support markets on daily operational topics such as product assortment, launch calendar, commercial animations, training & education, consumer engagement activities etc.  

• To consolidate, analyse and challenge market’s forecast on product initiatives, POSMs. 

• To manage quotations and invoice processing 

• Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the APAC marketing team 

 

  • MARKETING REPORTS & ANALYSIS  

• To coordinate the collection of data and analyses performances in APAC.  

• To prepare reports and information gathered from the markets to consolidate to HQ in Japan.  

 

 

  • DIGITAL MARKETING 

• Work with external agencies to produce regional creative assets, social assets, etc to boost brand awareness in the region  

• To ensure timely availability of assets, proper approval process and timely delivery. 

• To assist in executing regional ecommerce marketing campaigns e.g. 11.11, 12.12 

• To participate in Tiktok campaign planning & execution, including creation of localized tiktok content 

• To maintain digital excellence in execution across digital social platforms and ecommerce platforms 

• To participate in Paid media campaign discussions  

• To assist in the rollout of official website content 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.  

  • Ability to design with Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator, simple Tiktok editing 

  • Well versed in beauty trends & passionate about Skincare  

  • Ability to think creatively and propose social media content ideas  

  • Possess good communication and written skills and time management skills.  

  • Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.  

  • Self-motivated, fast learner and able to work independently.  

 

2. Marketing Intern, Anessa

 

MAIN PURPOSE 

The Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting and assisting in Anessa's operational marketing activities for APAC domestic markets.  

 

Marketing 

 

  • To coordinate the collection of data and analyses performances in APAC. 

 

  • To prepare reports and information gathered from the markets to consolidate to HQ.  

 

  • To disseminate marketing guidelines and information to markets 

 

  • To coordinate with local markets on marketing calendar and animation plans 

 

  • To undertake daily marketing & administration tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department 

 

Operational Excellence 

 

 

  • Support markets on daily operational topics such as product assortment, launch calendar, commercial animations, training & education, consumer engagement activities etc. 

 

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team 

 

  • To consolidate, analyze and challenge market’s forecast on product initiatives, POSMs.  

 

Digital Acceleration 

 

 

  • Work with external agencies to produce regional digital assets, social assets, product demo etc. 

 

  • To ensure timely availability of assets, proper approval process and timely delivery 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent 

 

  • Possess good communication and written skills and time management skills 

 

  • Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment  

 

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Keen sense of aesthetics to drive creative asset development 

 

  • Possess adobe photoshop skills 

 

3. Regional Marketing Intern, Fragrance

 

MAIN PURPOSE 

 

The Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting and assisting the team in the Operational marketing activities of 4 luxury fragrance brands for APAC domestic Markets.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Marketing 

 

  • To coordinate the collection of data and analyses performances in APAC. 

 

  • To prepare reports and information gathered from the markets to consolidate to HQ.  

 

  • To disseminate marketing guidelines and information to markets 

 

  • To coordinate with local markets on marketing calendar and animation plans 

 

  • To undertake daily marketing & administration tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department 

 

Media / Communication 

 

  • Liaise with media agency to obtain necessary information for the purpose of media planning 

 

  • Assist with media schedule for advertisement productions and monitor delivery of orders 

 

  • Analyze performances on media investment with Agency  

 

  • Prepare PR program and analyses KOL profile before sending to HQ.   

 

Visual Merchandising 

 

  • Define visual merchandising plan per POS (Light box , planograms…)   

 

  • To validate visual adaptation and update on visual focus.  

 

  • Visual Merchandising material planning and stock management 

 

Events 

  • To assist Brand Manager in the coordination of events in the region 

 

  • Organize production material related to the events (invitations, gifts, catalogs etc..) and ensure availability and timely delivery 

 

  • Create post event report to share with HQ and team
