Reports to: Area Sales & Education Manager 

Job Location: Boots, Meadowhall

Contract type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days





You will relish in the challenge of meeting your sales targets and identifying new opportunities to drive the business. You are a makeup enthusiast and will be confident, engaging and knowledgeable about NARS brand history and high performance formulas, ensuring customers are excited and connected with both NARS and you as a beauty professional. Providing exceptional service and surpassing the expectations of customers will come naturally to you, as will your confidence in establishing meaningful rapport with both customers and store teams. You will maintain high standards of visual excellence of NARS and will be expected to oversee the visual representation of our sister brands within your store.

We will provide you with all the tools and training you need to ensure that you are successful in your role. We have a technical artistry development program that will enable you to express your creativity, upskill your artistry and put you on your professional journey to being the best makeup artist you can be, in return we’ll expect you to be reaching and exceeding your sales target.
