VM Manager, Shiseido (Korean only)
MAIN PURPOSE
Responsible for the design and management of the brand's in-store display units and guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Soft Merchandising Plan - Campaign Displays (DS&OS)
- Design and quality control of all promotional artworks to ensure perfect execution across different touchpoints.
- Develop artworks for Visual Merchandising (VM) support across all touchpoints, including permanent range displays, animation displays, product planograms, etc.
- Facilitate communication with external agencies to conceptualize and produce display materials to meet the standards of prestige brands.
- Give clear guidelines to counters, and make sure that all guidelines are properly implemented at points of sale (POS).
2. Support for Events and Extra Exposure
- Prepare and produce event displays in department stores for major product launches.
3.Support Renovation Project Support
- Plan and arrange related displays and visuals in line with the design concept during store renovations.
4.Maintenance Control
- Manage the maintenance of each counter promptly, coordinating with local contractors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (VM) within the cosmetics industry.
- Skills in architecture or interior design; proficiency in Adobe Design programs (Photoshop, Illustration, CAD, etc.).
- Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent creative ability in print, merchandising and store design.
