Training Assistant, Shiseido (Korean only, 1-year Contract)
MAIN PURPOSE
|
Work closely with the Education Manager to maintain consistency in service delivery while driving productivity and retail sales. This role requires seamless collaboration with the sales team to ensure adherence to brand standards and the achievement of retail KPIs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in delivering various training programs, including New Product Training, Seasonal Training, and Skill-Up Training.
- Develop and update training materials, including consultation tools.
- Support field training for key pillar products to ensure product knowledge and service excellence.
- Translate training materials and prepare comprehensive training manuals.
- Develop and prepare consultation tools and sheets tailored to key pillar products.
- Oversee uniform stock management, handling requests from counters.
- Manage uniform orders and distribution to counters as needed.
- Coordinate event samples for each counter and manage the related logistics process.
- Collaborate with external agencies to create event MMS content.
- Manage massage testers and tools to ensure availability and quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of relevant training experience, preferably in the cosmetic retail industry.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent presentation skills and organized in instructional training
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- 1-year contract, extendable up to 2 years based on performance evaluation.
