Talent Acquisition Specialist
MAIN PURPOSE
Responsible for designing and leading initiatives that help recruit, and excite candidates from a diverse set of backgrounds, ensuring that the selection process is effective at identifying the best candidate for the role, and hire quickly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Talent Acquisition function with day-to-day work that covers various activities across the department;
- Stay abreast of latest recruiting trends and strategies on market trends
- Be responsible for data management for recruitment data, people data, etc
- Derive talent insight through analyzing data (sourcing channel, basic profile, etc), build & maintain qualified talent communities
- Manage end-to-end hiring process of open positions for all BUs from position opening to pre-screening to candidate selection
- Consistently enhance recruitment process and channels to attract external talent, also be responsible for employer branding activities (campus recruiting, branding channel, etc)
- Deliver a full range of recruitment services providing a positive and professional experience to candidates
- Consistently innovate hiring process & channels and its efficiencies
- Supports HRBP on the delivery of HR processes and the implementation of HR programs
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent and proficient communication in English
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with data visualization tool, Microsoft Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HRIS
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in strategic and operational Talent Acquisition, within multi-national and highly matrix environment
- Proven track record of designing talent acquisition programs
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
