MAIN PURPOSE

Responsible for CRM marketing campaigns, analytics, segmentation, online/offline and lifecycle flows to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement. The CRM Manager will do own production, and end-to-end execution of all campaigns including, targeting, partnership with creative for design and measurement to meet campaign and brand strategic objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. CRM planning & Execution
    • Build CRM strategy to recruit new customers and encourage customer retention and boost consumer loyalty
    • Strengthening storytelling and prepare CRM strategies, implement actions with collaboration with sales team
    • Develop and operate CRM programs such as new welcome, mileage, birthday
    • Plan & execute CRM programs including VIP program and treatment
    • Execute regular customer communication to ensure the customer segmentation and marketing target
    • Analyze and evaluate CRM activities and propose action plan to share the insight and reflect on CRM strategy
    • Plan and manage stock and expense by CRM campaigns
    • Communicate and share CRM plan to Marketing & Sales team in accordingly
    • Utilize marketing engagement metrics to optimize campaigns, report results, identify trends, and articulate impact on overall CRM strategy and recommend action
    • Budget planning and reconciliation
  1. Customer Acquisition & Retention
    • Demonstrates strong digital vision and customer-centric focus to communications
    • Develop new customer recruiting opportunity in collaboration with department store, brand/companies.
    • Develop VIP/Existing campaign to increase repeat purchase
  1. Customer data analysis & Utilization
    • Analyze and report performance, analytics and make recommendations
    • Strong understanding of customer purchase behavior
    • Track the record and analyses the results of CRM activities both online & offline
    • Support customer complaint and claim to deal with customer information and transaction  

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • More than 3 years experience in building CRM plans and executing from start to finish, with clear results
  • Interest in the beauty industry & career advantage
  • A high understanding of technical terminology and CRM
  • Performance-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable optimization recommendations working with structured and unstructured data
  • Effective and professional communication skills in Korean and English
