MAIN PURPOSE

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee shipping and inventory operations, providing efficient distribution services to our internal and external customers. Your leadership role will focus on maximizing product sales through effective warehouse storage and delivery, maintaining an updated inventory, and leading a high-performing supply chain team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Oversee and ensure timely SAP/MM GR processes.

•   Lead the management and coordination of Master Data and Inbound Logistics.

•   Ensure the creation and maintenance of accurate master data, including all required fields and batch code information.

•   Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound shipments.

•   Strategically manage the shipping of goods, monitor in-transit status, and adjust schedules as necessary.

•   Facilitate smooth inbound clearance by providing Freight Forwarders and Warehouse all necessary documentation (EDI required).

•   Collaborate with Warehouse to confirm the accurate arrival of ordered items.

•   Handle ad-hoc supply chain related matters and spearhead relevant projects.

•   Lead cost efficiency management and the timely provision of new and emergency products.

•   Drive data analysis and reporting initiatives for logistics productivity and cost.

•   Coordinate monthly/yearly inventory data reviews with the Finance team (covering AP transactions, Net-cost, Other charges, Customs tax, FTA, etc.)

•   Effectively lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, promoting professional growth and performance improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of comfort working on data related activities.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures/systems.
• Proficiency in Korean and English.
