Senior Regional Manager, Corporate Retail Group
MAIN PURPOSE
Manage and Develop of Group Brand’s operation business in the prestige division with corporate retail Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all business plans for the territory's distribution: planning, inventory, P&L, identifying new business to increase distribution and meet sales goals
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities and taking appropriate action
- Develop and implement sales strategies to successfully launch and grow sales
- Create monthly sales goals by door for the region, analyze trends then take appropriate action
- Build and manage field sales team, which includes: hiring, training counter managers within budget
- Review sales goals by brand weekly and monthly, communicate to brand team
- Regularly meet and form productive business relationships with Retailers
- Competitive monitoring
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
- New Market or Channel Development
필수 자격 요건
- 유관 경력 7년 이상 보유자
- 백화점 채널 및 동종 업계 경력 보유자
- 뷰티 브랜드 Sales Manager 경력 보유자
REQUIREMENTS
- A college-level education or equivalent
- Preference of more than 7 years of experience in the related work
- Ability to travel and work weekends as necessary
- Excellent team play, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with everyone in the organization
- Open-minded, active tendency to accept different opinions from different perspectives
- Well versed in PowerPoint and Excel spread sheet
- Planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
