Regulatory Affairs Manager - Lead

MAIN PURPOSE

To implement and monitor quality management system and regulatory strategies for maintaining compliance with established standards and guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Registration

- Register cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, foods, hair dye product and industrial goods (brush cleanser, soaps, candles etc.) to MFDS or other government organization prior to import or product launch date

- Formula review

• Product Management

- Manage expiration date, Korean labeling for all products

• Cosmetic Claims

- Review cosmetic ads (magazine, leaflets, on-line and DM etc.) in compliance with MFDS regulation

• Clinical Testing Arrangement

- Arrange clinical test with a third-party testing lab for local substantiation data for ads.

- Support HQ

• Market Monitoring

- Monitor on-line open market regularly to protect brands

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Chemistry (or cosmetic, biology related major)
• More than 10 years’ experience in regulatory related position in cosmetics industry
• Fluent in both English and Korean
• Knowledge of cosmetics regulations and science
