MAIN PURPOSE

Develop Innovative new technology as prototype, which has K-Beauty Innovation + J-Beauty Quality, by working with Suppliers (OEM/ODE/Package) in mainly Korea.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Development for Innovative new technology prototyping

• Collaborate with APIC teams in Singapore and GIC in Japan to craft prototypes

• Identify novel OEM/ODM suppliers

• Acquire suppliers' (OEM/ODM) technologies

• Maintain ongoing project progress monitoring

• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance through GIC validation

2.Analyze trends in Korean competitor products

• Collaborate with KIC's market analyst to infuse R&D perspectives into monthly research reports

• Investigate cutting-edge technologies utilized in Korean products and conduct benchmarking

3.Run consumer tests and trials

to ensure prototypes are focus on what the consumer want with the cosmetic and beauty product purchases & make our prototypes more attractive

REQUIREMENTS

• Bring a polished background with 3 years of hands-on experience in OEM/ODM

• Exhibit a 3-year + track record or adept understanding in product development

• Proficient in interpersonal communication

• Adept networker with a dynamic and proactive approach

• Possesses a creative and innovative mindset

• Demonstrated capacity to comprehend, analyze, and instigate actions rooted in profound technical acumen

• Willingness to travel for presentations

• Exhibit robust verbal and written English proficiency
