MAIN PURPOSE

Act as the primary product management contact for Sales, Training, PR, VM, CRM, and other cross-functional teams to drive business in a collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive activities to provide strategic recommendations on the category to the Marketing Manager.
• Lead the successful execution of new product launches, drive growth of pillar products, and manage the core product portfolio within the category.
• Propose and lead marketing strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) for the category to deliver integrated and engaging consumer brand experiences.
• Adapt and localize communication materials, including visual assets, digital content, and point-of-sales materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Education, Finance, etc.) and external agencies to develop and execute category growth plans while meeting project timelines.
• Manage sales forecasts, sell-out targets, and inventory levels to ensure business efficiency and forecast accuracy.
• Provide category recommendations and strategic insights to management based on consumer, market, and competitive analysis, including launch evaluations and business reviews.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget for the assigned category.
• Develop and execute sampling strategies for key product launches and promotional activities.
• Create and oversee the development of promotional materials, including GWPs (Gift with Purchase), leaflets, brochures, and catalogs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in both Korean and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the beauty industry, with a strong interest in identifying emerging trends and developing innovative concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
