Shiseido Product Manager - Specialist

Job Description

  • Develop new product launch plans and communications.
  • Set up short term and long term marketing campaign strategy & by-channel action plans by working closely with relevant functions.
  • Analyze campaign result including key line sales by consolidate campaign feedback from other teams and share with local and global team. 
  • Manage all aspects of local development including print production, POS materials, and special events and make sure the plans are properly executed at POS levels by closely communicating with counter managers and retail managers.
  • Develop event (Podium and popup) contents and actively suggest customers’ activities idea based on global guideline.
  • Analyze and control campaign expense and all promotional expenses.
  • Closely work with outside agencies related to marketing activities such as DM, GWP, counter miscellaneous. 
  • Identify key competitors' activities, new products and market trends.
  • Forecast New/regular products' selling qty & PO by product line
  • Control orders, stock level - Saleable & SPM

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 6 years of Product Management or related experience. Make-up PM experience is a plus. (Job position is widely open according to experience and capability.) 
  • Fluent Korean in speaking and writing / sufficient English for business communication in speaking and writing. 
  • Passionate about beauty and fashion and eager to find new trend and develop concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all various functions. 
  • Highly organized and calendar driven with the ability to handle many important tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
