PR&Digital Specialist, Clé de Peau Beauté (Korean only)
MAIN PURPOSE
|
Responsible for all communications activations including PR, Social Media and Brand Cause initiatives. Also responsible for engaging a broad audience with prestige brand stories and product narratives. Develop compelling strategies to achieve significant media and social coverage, and craft effective communication plans to reach and resonate with target audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop integrated communications plans aligned with the marketing calendar.
- Plan and execute media strategies, digital campaigns, event activations, and content production based on the communications roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Lead end-to-end execution of PR and digital initiatives, from concept development to post-campaign analysis.
- Manage strong relationships with key media outlets, pitch stories to secure coverage, and write and distribute press releases.
- Organize local events in alignment with the brand image (e.g., PR, VIP gatherings, product launches).
- Manage the overall PR and communications budget, including event-specific budget planning, cost tracking, and ROI analysis for both local and regional reporting.
- Lead local content development including celebrity shoots, product photography, and marketing assets.
- Enhance online brand visibility and regularly measure the efficiency of online strategies.
- Provide strategic insights to brand teams to improve campaign relevance and evaluate the success of PR programs.
- Oversee all aspects of communications including Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Celebrity Relations and Philanthropy.
- Develop and implement press tools, kits and strategies to reinforce a consistent and strong brand image.
- Work closely with internal counterparts in the marketing, sales, training and creative services to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives.
- Align PR and digital strategies with APAC regional teams through ongoing communication and collaboration to ensure consistency across markets.
- Manage PR, advertising, and digital agencies to drive synergy and ensure effective coordination across all communication efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant PR and Digital communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, positive attitude in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable in public speaking and presentations
- Experience in the beauty, salon or fashion industry is a plus
- Established relationships with media, influencers, and makeup artists are advantageous
