MAIN PURPOSE

Enhance brand awareness and visibility through continuous exposure and viral impact, while fostering strategic relationships with key stakeholders (Media, Influencers, KOLs, and PR / Media agencies).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consumer Reach

• Support local PR event executions and implement digital viral activities

• Set up brand-related keywords by leveraging social listening insights

• Plan and execute Kakao Plus messaging campaigns to deliver branded content in a bi-weekly basis

2. Digital Advertisement

• Execute digital advertising campaigns following the media plan, while diversifying creatives

• Optimize campaign performance based on learnings and insights from previous executions

• Communicate effectively with media agencies and stay updated on digital media trends

3. Influencer Management
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs through the FOS program (special benefits)
•  Proactively identify emerging KOLs, Influencers and MUAs
•  Support product seeding and track inventory levels

4. Owned Media Management
• Manage owned media channels (brand homepage, YouTube)
• Update the brand homage on a monthly basis in line with SAPAC guidelines

5. Team Support
• Monitor PR activations of the brand and competitors and share insights within the team
• Process expenses in line with the budget and standard procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in the equivalent coursework

• 1-2 years of PR experience required

• Previous experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is preferred

• Fluent in written and verbal English and Korean

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible mindset

• Forward thinking, positive attitude, and self-motivated mindset

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

• 1-year Contract
