Marketing Assistant, Cosmetics & Fragrance (1-year Contract)
The Marketing Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, and contributing to overall brand growth and visibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Activation Support
- Support the Product Manager in coordinating and tracking monthly marketing activities.
- Monitor daily operational issues related to promotions and ensure timely resolution.
- Support the planning and execution of digital advertising and search ad campaigns.
- Assist in influencer marketing activities, including sourcing candidates, preparing guidelines, reviewing content before release, and communicating with agencies.
- Assist in planning and executing brand outdoor activations, such as pop-ups and magazine events.
- Support the planning and management of the brand’s owned media channels in the cosmetics category.
- Marketing Team Support
- Conduct competitor research, provide translations, and other brand-building activities as needed.
- Manage administrative tasks such as processing internal and external orders and handling expense reports.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager to support overall team goals.
- Product & Materials Management Support
- Assist the Product Manager with stock management.
- Manage POSM assets—including samples, testers, and GWP items—for specific campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the marketing field with a strong interest in the cosmetics industry.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to task execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
