The Marketing Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Marketing team in executing a wide range of marketing initiatives. 

This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, supporting promotional campaigns, and contributing to overall brand growth and visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Promotion & Campaign Support

• Support the coordination and tracking of monthly promotional activities to boost sales.
• Ensure all promotional materials and exposures comply with brand and retailer guidelines.
• Monitor daily operational issues related to promotions and proactively assist in problem-solving.
• Update and maintain sales performance reports by franchise or campaign.

Product & Materials Management Support

• Prepare and distribute monthly promotion plans and stock reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage product testers, free goods, and samples for campaigns and CRM programs.
• Coordinate the production, procurement, and distribution of locally produced collateral materials.

Marketing Team Support

• Conduct competitor research, handle translations, and support brand-building initiatives.
• Manage administrative processes, including internal/external orders and expense reports.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with ad-hoc projects to support overall team objectives.

 REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the marketing field with a strong interest in the cosmetics industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive communication skills to facilitate effective task completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).

CONTRACT

• 1-year contract
